Kuayue Motor in‑house manufacturing process, production lines & strict testing lab. Complete motor production from raw material to finished goods. Support OEM & ODM custom industrial motors. We run a modern 29‑mu production base with full‑link in‑house motor manufacturing. Most procedures are completed inside our plant, including silicon‑steel stamping, core processing, coil winding, frame precision machining, final assembly and factory performance test, without heavy reliance on external subcontractors.

Supply‑Chain

We select long-term and stable core raw-material suppliers with supplier access audit and annual re-evaluation. For key materials including silicon-steel sheets, enameled wire, bearings and explosion-proof accessories, reputable brands are applied to reduce failure risk from the source.

We support both mass standardized production and small‑batch custom development.

1. Mass‑volume orders: Standardized line operation for high‑efficiency production and shortened lead‑time.
2. OEM private label: We manufacture finished motors according to customer‑provided nameplate & packaging requirements.
3. ODM development: Our engineers cooperate with clients on working‑condition requirements, completing design, prototyping, trial run and mass production for motors with special voltage, frequency, mounting dimension, explosion‑proof, brake or VFD specifications.
4. Fast prototyping service: Sample motors available for new projects; mass production starts only after sample performance verification.

Following ISO9001 quality‑management system, we place quality control in raw‑material, machining and assembly procedures to minimize defective products, delivering stable and reliable small‑medium industrial motors to global customers.

Production Workflow

1. Raw‑material incoming inspection

Silicon steel sheet, enameled copper wire, cast‑iron frame, bearings and insulation materials are inspected on material property, dimension & appearance. Non‑qualified raw materials will be rejected.
2. Iron‑core processing

High‑speed stamping for silicon‑steel sheets, stacking & forming for stator and rotor cores.
3. Winding production

Enameled wire coil winding, coil inserting and insulation treatment with strict insulation‑process control.
4. Frame precision machining

CNC machining for cast‑iron frames & end covers to guarantee mounting‑dimension accuracy and interchangeability.
5. Rotor assembly

Rotor die‑casting and dynamic‑balance correction to minimize motor running vibration.
6. Final assembly

Assemble stator, rotor, end‑covers, bearings, terminal box, fan and other components. Special procedures for explosion‑proof, brake and VFD‑type special motors.
7. Full‑item factory test

Complete performance tests including insulation, voltage withstand, no‑load, temperature‑rise, noise and vibration.
8. Painting & warehousing

Qualified motors receive protective painting, nameplate marking, packaging and warehousing for shipment.
